Virtual keyboard

A virtual keyboard is a graphical interface that replicates a physical keyboard on-screen, enabling users to input text using touch, mouse clicks, or other pointing devices instead of a hardware keyboard. The core of a virtual keyboard is the input method, which manages the translation of raw user actions (such as touches) into characters displayed in the active input field. This setting allows to configure the input method, enables Google keyboard and Google Voice Typing.

Datalogic QuickBoard

Datalogic QuickBoard is an Android application designed to provide a virtual keyboard, or Input Method Editor (IME), for Datalogic devices. It is similar to the built-in virtual keyboard, but can be customized with user-defined layouts. It supports additional features like access to function keys and scanning. It does not require any changes to existing applications, although an app can be modified to take advantage of some enhanced features. For more details, refer to the Datalogic QuickBoard documentation.
