The symbology identifier is sent with the label when the global decode property
SEND_CODE_ID is set to
SendCodeID.USERDEFINED_IDENTIFIER_BEFORE_LABEL or SendCodeID.USERDEFINED_IDENTIFIER_AFTER_LABEL.
