Remarks
This parameter is the Device Name base part. The whole Device Name is obtained adding the suffix specified by
DEVICE_NAME_SUFFIX.
The set to an empty String is refused if DEVICE_NAME_SUFFIX has value DeviceNameSuffix.NONE.
The class of the property is TextProperty.
